Having previously been involved in the steel industry, the Piatt family decided to diversify and invest in the redevelopment of the city and focus on real estate. With the creation of the Piatt Sotheby’s brand, the family wanted to bring in the best agents in the city, while giving back through philanthropy and community investment.
Piatt previously used a franchise based platform for their website and backend tools. This system was getting outdated without recent upgrades or changes. They decided that something new and fresh was what their agents and brand needed. After seeing what we’ve built for numerous other Sotheby’s (and Realogy) franchises, they knew they had found the right product for their highly productive agents.
They knew they needed their site to be fast and work great on a mobile device. With tuning, TRIBUS was able to get their site to load, even with amazing photography and videos, in less than 1 second on average! In addition to needing the site to be fast, the company needed their website and systems to be able to market their luxury custom developments. So TRIBUS created a custom developments system that allows them to market these exquisite listings.
Utilizing every aspect of TRIBUS including our custom brokerage websites, agent / team websites, brokerage CRM, transaction management, and real estate data warehouse, they are able to have many of their needs handled in one place. For other choices, by utilizing our API they can connect our platform up to other tools including ZipForms and Xpressdocs. In Xpressdocs, there is a full single sign on from the myTRIBUS real estate intranet. TRIBUS can also automatically provision users in the Xpressdocs system and even send listing information and photos so that marketing materials can easily be created.
Finally, because TRIBUS has a direct connection with all Realogy franchise reporting systems under the Dash platform, we can automatically push and pull roster, listings, and transactions.
